Computer Drop Off Service.

Our drop of service / return to base service is aimed at customers with long running computer problems, when the computer being repaired is in need of being tested or when a computer repair is more cost effective servicing the system off site.

Computer servicing using the drop off service only varies in the following ways.

• Price is charged per job ( not per hour ) which makes it more cost effective.
• Customers drop off their computer system and pick up their system on completion.
• Orders are normally completed within two working days ( if parts are needed delay's can happen but we aim to keep you informed )
• We ask all customers to complete a contact form.
• If speed is critical "we ask customers to purchased hardware. independently" which speeds up servicing of a computer system.

We do not stock any computer components, we order computer components for individual computer systems as needed.
